Keypad self-check-in makes arrival convenient, with entry instructions shared privately before your stay once the applicable pre-arrival requirements are complete. The garage is not available to guests.

The home offers self-check-in, allowing you to arrive independently during your confirmed check-in window. Your arrival message will provide the information you need to locate and enter the property.

🔞 Eligibility: Primary booker must be 25+; local bookings are welcome, but college-student bookings are not permitted.

✍️🪪 Rental agreement & ID: Complete the rental agreement and applicable government-ID verification before check-in instructions are released.

📞 Verification: We may call before arrival; Google Voice/virtual numbers are not accepted, and unverifiable bookings may face cancellation under platform rules.

👥 Occupancy: Maximum 14 guests total, including no more than 6 guests over age 6.

🎉 Gatherings: Discuss gatherings with us before booking; weddings, reunions, and bachelor/bachelorette stays are not permitted.

👋 Daytime visitors: Visitor numbers and applicable fees must be confirmed before booking; daytime visitors are not permitted to stay overnight.

🐾 Pets: Up to 2 dogs or cats, $150 per pet, with advance disclosure; assistance animals are exempt from pet fees and restrictions.

🐕 Pet restrictions: German Shepherds, Dobermans, and Pit Bulls are not permitted as pets.

🕓 Check-in & checkout: Check-in begins at 4 PM; checkout is by 11 AM; early arrival requires approval and availability.

💳 Security deposit: Guests with limited/no reviews may require a $2,000 refundable deposit, returned after checkout provided no damage or extra cleaning is required.

🏦 Non-Airbnb bookings: A credit card hold may be required and is released after your stay, subject to damages or applicable charges.

🚗 Parking: Maximum 5 vehicles, with 3 driveway spaces and street parking permitted; the garage is not available to guests.

🏡 Neighbors: Respect neighbors’ privacy and keep indoor and outdoor noise considerate; disruptive gatherings are not permitted.

🚭 Prohibited items & activities: No smoking, vaping, cannabis, or firearms anywhere on the property.

🌡️ Heating & cooling: Central heating and air conditioning are provided; keep the thermostat within 68–74°F, depending on the season.

📦 Deliveries: Package deliveries are permitted, but guests may not receive regular mail at the property.

📹 Security cameras: Two exterior cameras cover the front door and driveway above the garage; there are no indoor cameras.

🗑️ Trash & recycling: Bins out Sunday night, back in Monday after pickup; failure to return them may result in violation charges of approximately $250 or more.

☕ Simple checkout: No lengthy cleaning checklist—leave the home in reasonable condition and enjoy your last cup of coffee!
