As you enter, you will walk through and experience the privacy this offers, from a thoughtfully designed sleeping and living space with an elevated coastal-chic feel, to the luxurious hotel-esque bathroom. The main room features a comfortable bed beneath a statement fandelier, dresser and nightstand storage, spacious wardrobes with hangers, and a cozy breakfast nook. Two skylights with remote-controlled blinds bring in natural light, while dedicated heating and A/C keep the space comfortable year-round.

The kitchen area includes a stove, microwave, toaster, air fryer, full-size refrigerator, mini fridge, and in-unit washer/dryer. The spa-inspired bathroom features a jetted soaking tub, double vanity, generous mirror storage, makeup mirror, and elegant gold and marble-inspired finishes.

It's a compact, beautifully finished space with everything thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable weekend or extended stay.

Please note that the rental is part of a main home that's separately rented as well, but you'll have your own private access to get to the ADU! The access point is shared once your reservation is confirmed. There is street parking available.

Guests have private access to the entire ADU and its designated entrance. The unit is reached through a side gate and private pathway separate from the main entrance. Detailed arrival instructions and a visual access guide will be provided before check-in.

We respect your privacy and want you to feel at home during your stay. Our team is available should you need assistance or have any questions, while otherwise giving you the space to relax and enjoy your stay.

📞📠 WE DO NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM LOCALS. We do not accept Google Voice or Service Phone Numbers and we are authorized to cancel the booking if confirmed.

🏠📢House Rules:

- ✍️🪪 We do not allow bookings made by guests under 25.
- 👨‍👩‍👦🤔MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF THIS HOME IS 16 GUESTS.
- ✍️👨‍👩‍👦ALL guests must sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of government ID prior to check-in.
- 👨‍👩‍👦The kitchen includes a stove, microwave, toaster, air fryer, full-size refrigerator, and additional mini fridge.
- 🤔Please note there is no conventional oven.
- 📠The property also has a security system that is managed privately by the property team; guests do not need to operate or interact with it.
- 🏊‍♀️🌊🐕 PETS AREN'T ALLOWED IN THE SPA. Any extra cleaning regarding this will be billed to the guest after the reservation.
- 🌳Trash pick up is EVERY MONDAY. Bins are rolled out the day before.
- 😁😃Daytime visitors at a rate, subject to approval.
- 💳💸For non-Airbnb bookings, a credit card hold is required as a deposit. This is automatically released after your stay, provided no damages occur.
- 🤔😁Early check-ins (before 4 PM) require host approval. A confirmed booking does not guarantee early access — please message us to check availability.
- 📞📠We’ll call to verify your reservation before check-in. We do not accept Google Voice or service phone numbers, and reserve the right to cancel if this is the case.
- 🚭🌳No smoking inside. Outdoors, please stay at least 10 feet from the home and fully dispose of cigarette butts. Smoking inside results in a fine of $500. We have smoke monitors that notify us when cigar smoke is detected.
- 😃🍵With our cleaning fee, we offer a no-stress check-out. As long as the home isn’t left in poor condition, you can enjoy a warm cup of coffee before heading out! Any mess or trash disposed poorly results in a fine of $100.
