Farmhouse-Inspired Retreat / Pool + BBQ

Relax in our cozy farmhouse-style townhome where rustic charm meets modern comfort. Thoughtfully decorated with your relaxation in mind, the home sits right beside a quiet community pool you’ll have full access to. Grill in the fenced backyard, take a peaceful stroll, or explore Downtown Chico just 5 minutes away. We love our home and can’t wait for you to enjoy it too. Guests must sign a Rental Agreement before check-in to confirm house rules.

You will have the entire townhome to yourself. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom with a king-size bed, one with a queen-size bed, and one with two twin-size beds. Plenty of room for the whole group!

Parking Details:
Each reservation includes 3 parking spots:

1 spot in the garage
1 spot directly in front of the home
1 numbered parking space

Please use only your designated spaces to avoid any issues with neighbors.

Centrally located and conveniently minutes away from just about anything you could need! (As Chico locals, we are more than happy to make recommendations if you're looking for a place to eat or an activity to do.)

📞📠 WE DO NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM LOCALS. We do not accept Google Voice or Service Phone Numbers and we are authorized to cancel the booking if confirmed.

🏠📢House Rules:

- ✍️🪪 We do not allow bookings made by guests under 25.
- ✍️👨‍👩‍👦ALL guests must sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of government ID prior to check-in.
- 💳💸For non-Airbnb bookings, a credit card hold is required as a deposit. This is automatically released after your stay, provided no damages occur.
- 🤔😁Early check-ins (before 4 PM) require host approval. A confirmed booking does not guarantee early access — please message us to check availability.
- 📞📠We’ll call to verify your reservation before check-in. We do not accept Google Voice or service phone numbers, and reserve the right to cancel if this is the case.

More to note:
🚭🌳Other Things to Note:
No smoking inside. Outdoors, please stay at least 10 feet from the home and fully dispose of cigarette butts — our tree-filled neighborhood is fire-sensitive.

😃🍵With our cleaning fee, we offer a no-stress check-out. As long as the home isn’t left in poor condition, you can enjoy a warm cup of coffee before heading out!

Please drive respectfully and carefully within the complex to ensure the safety and comfort of all residents.

We take great care in maintaining our grounds, and we're proud to have a dedicated gardener. Currently, he doesn't follow a fixed schedule but tends to the garden whenever he believes it's time for some care. Thank you for understanding and appreciating our green spaces!

Pet Fee: We allow pets for a fee of $100 pet pet!

*** HEADS UP: We’re really looking forward to hosting you! Just a quick heads-up: one area of the carpet in the home is a bit frayed. The owner is aware and plans to replace it soon, but it hasn’t been possible before your stay. It won’t affect your experience, but we wanted to be transparent. Let us know if you have any questions!
