✨ CONSIDERATE REMINDERS & HOUSE RULES

📍 NO LOCAL BOOKINGS
We do not accept reservations from local guests.

🔞 AGE REQUIREMENT
The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old.

✍️🪪 RENTAL AGREEMENT & ID
All guests must complete the required rental agreement, and a matching valid government-issued ID must be provided before check-in instructions are released.

📞 RESERVATION VERIFICATION
We may call to verify your reservation before check-in. Google Voice and other service/virtual phone numbers are not accepted. We reserve the right to cancel reservations that cannot be properly verified.

💳 SECURITY DEPOSIT
Guests with no reservation history, no prior reviews, or fewer than three 5-star reviews are required to provide a $1,000 refundable security deposit. It will be returned after checkout provided there are no damages or additional cleaning charges.

For non-Airbnb reservations, a credit card hold is required as a security deposit and is released after the stay provided no damages or applicable charges occur.

Bringing your furry friends? Please disclose all pets at booking, including breed and weight.

A $500 refundable pet deposit is required and will be returned after checkout provided there is no pet-related damage or additional cleaning required. An applicable per-pet fee also applies. Please contact us with your pet details before arrival.

🕓 EARLY CHECK-IN
Early check-in before 5 PM requires host approval and is subject to availability. A confirmed reservation does not guarantee early access, so please message us in advance.

🚭 NO SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.

🌙 QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD
This villa is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9 PM.

☕ STRESS-FREE CHECKOUT
We keep checkout simple. Since your reservation already includes a cleaning fee, there’s no lengthy cleaning checklist. As long as the villa isn’t left in poor condition, take your time, enjoy that final cup of coffee, and have a safe trip home!
