Welcome to your Walnut Creek getaway—a spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home designed for comfortable group stays, relaxing weekends, and Bay Area adventures.

Inside, bright and thoughtfully furnished living spaces provide plenty of room to unwind, gather, and enjoy time together. Modern amenities and comfortable furnishings make it easy to settle in and feel at home throughout your stay.

Step outside into the private backyard, where you can soak in the hot tub, enjoy an outdoor meal from the BBQ, gather around the fire pit, or simply relax among the garden surroundings.

The home's convenient Walnut Creek location puts you close to Downtown Walnut Creek's restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and everyday essentials, with easy freeway access for exploring surrounding Bay Area destinations.

Attached ADU:
The property includes an attached ADU occupied by a long-term tenant. The ADU is a separate living space, and the tenant does not have access to the main house or guest amenities, including the backyard furniture, hot tub, BBQ, or fire pit.

Accessibility:
An accessibility ramp leads from the backyard deck to an entry area. Please note that entry through this access point requires someone inside the home to open the door. Guests with specific accessibility needs are encouraged to contact us before booking so we can confirm whether the home's setup will meet their needs.

Guests have private access to the entire main house and all advertised guest amenities, including the backyard, outdoor furniture, hot tub, BBQ, and fire pit.

Parking is limited to a maximum of 3 vehicles in the driveway. No additional vehicles are permitted in the driveway. Additional off-street parking may be available.

Please note that the attached ADU is occupied by a long-term tenant who uses the side and front entrances to access their separate living space. The tenant does not have access to the main house or any advertised guest amenities.

Your use of the main home and its advertised amenities remains exclusive to your reservation.

📍 Booking Requirements
▪️ We do not accept bookings from local guests.
▪️ The primary booking guest must be 25 years of age or older.
▪️ We do not accept Google Voice or service-based phone numbers for reservation verification. We reserve the right to cancel a confirmed reservation if these requirements are not met.

✍️🪪 Guest Verification & Rental Agreement
▪️ All guests must complete the required rental agreement before check-in.
▪️ A valid government-issued ID matching the reservation information must be provided before check-in instructions are released.
▪️ Our team will contact you to verify your reservation before check-in.

💳 Security Deposits
▪️ Guests with limited or no review history may be required to provide a $2,000 refundable security deposit. The deposit will be returned after checkout provided the home is left in good condition with no damage or additional cleaning required.
▪️ For eligible non-Airbnb reservations, a credit card authorization hold may be required as a security deposit. The hold is released after the stay provided no damages or additional charges apply.

⏰ Check-In
▪️ Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
▪️ Early check-in requires prior host approval and is subject to availability. A confirmed reservation does not guarantee early access, so please message us in advance to check availability.

🐶 Pets
▪️ Up to 2 pets are welcome. All pets must be disclosed in advance.
▪️ A $500 refundable pet deposit is required and will be fully refunded after checkout provided no pet-related damage or additional cleaning is necessary.

🔥 Propane
▪️ One full propane tank is provided for the grill and fire pit.
▪️ Refill or replacement: $60 per tank.

👨‍👩‍👧 Children & Safety
▪️ Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, particularly around the hot tub and outdoor areas.
▪️ Guests are responsible for the safe and appropriate use of the home's amenities.

🚗 Parking
▪️ Maximum of 3 vehicles in the driveway. No additional driveway vehicles are permitted.
▪️ Additional off-street parking may be available.

🗑️ Trash & Recycling
▪️ Trash collection takes place on Wednesdays.
▪️ Our gardener normally handles putting out the trash, recycling, and compost bins.

🌿 Gardening
▪️ A weekly gardener may access the front and backyard for routine property maintenance.
▪️ The gardener will not enter the home.

💧 Hot Tub
▪️ Please replace the cover after every use.
▪️ Do not turn off the hot tub.

🐜 Insects & Seasonal Conditions
▪️ During warmer weather, insects may occasionally be present indoors or outdoors. We take reasonable measures to minimize them.

☕ Easy Check-Out
▪️ Since a cleaning fee is already included, we aim to keep checkout simple and stress-free. As long as the home is not left in poor condition, there is no lengthy cleaning checklist—enjoy your last cup of coffee, gather your belongings, and have a safe trip home!

⚜ Guests are responsible for following all house rules. Damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or rule violations may result in additional charges. ⚜
