This is a private Northstar home designed for a comfortable and easy mountain stay.

Inside, you’ll find inviting living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, heating, Wi-Fi, and room to relax after a day outdoors.

The visitor card can provide access to community amenities such as the swimming pool and other Northstar facilities, subject to current community rules and availability.

Guests have private access to the home and guest-use areas during their stay.

🔐 Entry is through a Vivint smart lock.

🚗 Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles in the garage and driveway. Summer street parking may be available, but street parking is not permitted during winter months or whenever snow is present.

🏊 A Northstar visitor card is available for select community amenities and can also be used for access to the community dumping area when needed.

Locked owner and housekeeping storage areas are not available to guests.

We want you to feel completely at home while still knowing we’re here whenever you need us. 🤍

We respect your privacy and will give you space to enjoy your stay, but our team is available through Airbnb messaging for questions, check-in assistance, or anything that comes up during your visit.

Our goal is to make your Northstar getaway smooth, comfortable, and memorable from check-in to checkout.

✨ CONSIDERATE REMINDERS & HOUSE RULES

🔞 AGE REQUIREMENT

The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old. College student bookings are not permitted.

📍 LOCAL BOOKINGS

Bookings from guests residing within 25 miles of the property are not accepted.

🎉 EVENTS & GATHERINGS

Parties, weddings, reunions, bachelor/bachelorette stays, and other events or gatherings are not permitted.

Up to 4 daytime visitors may be allowed, subject to the confirmed reservation and property occupancy limits.

🐾❤️ PETS WELCOME

Up to 2 dogs or cats are welcome with advance disclosure.

The pet fee is $150 per pet.

Current property restrictions do not permit Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, or Dobermans.

🕔 CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT

Standard check-in begins at 5:00 PM, and checkout is by 10:00 AM.

Up to one hour of early check-in or late checkout flexibility may be possible with prior approval.

🤫 QUIET HOURS

Please keep noise to a respectful level between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

🚗❄️ PARKING

Maximum parking is 3 vehicles.

Summer street parking may be available. From approximately late October through April—and anytime snow is present—street parking is not permitted.

🚭 SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY

Smoking, vaping, and cannabis use are not permitted anywhere on the property. Firearms are also not permitted.

🗑️🐻 TRASH

Please place garbage in the bear box.

If the bear box is full, overflow must be taken to the designated Northstar community garbage area and should never be left outside.

🌨️ MOUNTAIN CONDITIONS

Mountain weather can change quickly. Please plan accordingly for snow, ice, and road conditions.

The property’s current policy does not provide refunds for weather or road closures unless otherwise required, and wildfire-smoke refunds apply only when there is a declared local emergency.

📹 EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS

Exterior cameras are located at the front door, above the garage facing the driveway, and along the exterior stairways/side of the home.
