Farmhouse-Inspired Retreat W Pool + BBQ

The home’s color style differs from the photos, and the BBQ grill isn’t set up yet! Relax in our farmhouse-style townhome, where rustic charm meets chic comfort. Located beside a peaceful community pool with full guest access, this cozy retreat offers a fenced backyard for lounging, strolls through the neighborhood, and a quick 5-minute drive to Downtown Chico. Guests must sign a Rental Agreement before check-in.

You will have the entire townhome to yourself. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom with a king-size bed, one with a queen-size bed, and one with two twin-size beds. Plenty of room for the whole group!

Each reservation includes 3 parking spots:

1 spot in the garage
1 spot directly in front of the home
1 numbered parking space

Please use only your designated spaces to avoid any issues with neighbors.

🏠📢House Rules:

- ✍️🪪 We do not allow bookings made by guests under 25.
- ✍️👨‍👩‍👦ALL guests must sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of government ID prior to check-in.
- 💳💸For non-Airbnb bookings, a credit card hold is required as a deposit. This is automatically released after your stay, provided no damages occur.
- 🤔😁Early check-ins (before 4 PM) require host approval. A confirmed booking does not guarantee early access — please message us to check availability.
- 📞📠We’ll call to verify your reservation before check-in. We do not accept Google Voice or service phone numbers, and reserve the right to cancel if this is the case.
- 🚭🌳No smoking inside. Outdoors, please stay at least 10 feet from the home and fully dispose of cigarette butts — our tree-filled neighborhood is fire-sensitive.
- Pets are welcome! A fee of $100 per pet applies to your stay. Please let us know if you're bringing any furry friends!
- 😃🍵With our cleaning fee, we offer a no-stress check-out. As long as the home isn’t left in poor condition, you can enjoy a warm cup of coffee before heading out!
