Located near Enloe and Downtown Chico, this corner-lot hideaway is the perfect place to kick off your shoes, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful charm of this beautiful town. Inspired by Japanese design, the home invites stillness, simplicity, and comfort.

Please note that if you book Wednesday the 8th of April there will be yard work being completed in the backyard and floors being replaced in the laundry room. Thank you for your understanding!

🏯🛏️ Japanese-Inspired Interior:
You’ll notice several traditional elements throughout the home:

The King bed and Twin beds sit low to the ground to honor Japanese design.

Prefer a standard-height bed? The Queen bed is elevated as usual.
Please note: The home is located on a busy road.

🌿🪷 Outdoor Spaces:
Our backyard is currently simple and undergoing redesign due to recent fires.

You'll find:

🪑 Patio seating for 4
🔥 BBQ
♨️ Hot tub (currently more exposed than usual)
🌱 Lawn maintenance: Thursday mornings
💧 Fountain cleaning: Tuesday afternoons (flexible if needed)

⚠️🚪 Home Notes & Safety:
- When entering the bonus room, please watch for the step.
- The front gate is being worked on and is tied open—please do not remove or tamper with the stakes.
🚫 Do not park in front of the business across the street. Thank you!
There is local street artwork near the home—if cars slow down to look, that’s completely normal!

☕😌 Stress-Free Checkout:
Since a cleaning fee is included, checkout is simple—just leave the home in reasonable condition and enjoy that final morning cup of coffee.

📞📠 WE DO NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM LOCALS. We do not accept Google Voice or Service Phone Numbers and we are authorized to cancel the booking if confirmed.

🏠📢House Rules:

✍️🪪 We do not allow bookings made by guests under 25.
- ✍️👨‍👩‍👦ALL guests must sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of government ID prior to check-in.
- 💳💸For non-Airbnb bookings, a credit card hold is required as a deposit. This is automatically released after your stay, provided no damages occur.
- 🤔😁Early check-ins (before 4 PM) require host approval. A confirmed booking does not guarantee early access — please message us to check availability.
- 📞📠We’ll call to verify your reservation before check-in. We do not accept Google Voice or service phone numbers, and reserve the right to cancel if this is the case.
🐾❤️ Pets Welcome: Pets are allowed with a per pet fee. Please let us know if your furry friends are joining.
🌿👨‍🌾 Gardener Notice: Our gardener maintains the grounds every Monday. Thank you for appreciating our green spaces!
🌿🏗️ Backyard Update: We are actively redoing the landscaping.
- Trash day is Monday. Bins are rolled out to the street by Sunday for pick up the next day.
