As a standard protocol, we perform background checks prior to finalizing your booking. We greatly value your cooperation in this matter.

Since we do also have a cleaning fee, we have a no-stress check-out procedure. That means as long as the home isn't left in poor condition, you can enjoy a nice warm cup of coffee in the morning before you leave!

As required by the apartment complex, maintenance staff may need access to the property from time to time. Please be assured that the individuals involved in a prior incident of unexpected entry are no longer employed by the complex. For your comfort and safety, we have also updated all access codes.

We take great care in maintaining our grounds, and we're proud to have a dedicated gardener. Currently, he doesn't follow a fixed schedule but tends to the garden whenever he believes it's time for some care. Thank you for understanding and appreciating our green spaces!
